Tim founded TimBr Builds with a commitment to delivering quality building solutions backed by honest communication, practical expertise and attention to detail. With experience across custom homes, renovations, commercial construction and public works, Tim brings a hands-on approach to every project and remains actively involved throughout the build process.Drawing on both construction experience and a background in environmental science, Tim is passionate about creating practical, durable and sustainable building outcomes that deliver long-term value for clients and communities alike.
His commitment to quality workmanship, reliability and strong client relationships forms the foundation of everything TimBr Builds stands for.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Behind every successful project is strong planning and organisation. As the operational backbone of TimBr Builds, Karlee oversees project administration, subcontractor coordination, scheduling and business systems to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.With a strong focus on communication, organisation and attention to detail, Karlee works closely with clients, suppliers and trades to keep projects on track, minimise delays and maintain a seamless building experience. From managing documentation and compliance requirements to coordinating schedules and project workflows, Karlee plays a key role in delivering quality outcomes for both clients and project teams.
